HOW TO INSTALL BLUESTACKS
Download and install as usual. After installation, an Android gadget will appear on your desktop as shown below:

HOW TO INSTALL APK FILE IN BLUESTACKS
Associate in the APK file to your computer to the HD-ApkHandler.exe in the folder Program Files \ BlueStacks.
